By purchasing a product or service with Supportive Sleep you agree to,
– Not share or disclose any information received by you to any other party without prior written consent
– Intellectual property remains that of Supportive Sleep
– Medical advice will not be given and advice given should not replace that of medical advice.
– You agree that you and your baby are well and healthy prior to purchasing, and if there is any doubt you will seek approval from a medical practitioner
– Our services provide you with the tools and resources to help your baby’s sleep, but we make no guarantees of any specific result from the use of our services and content.
– You acknowledge that content may not consider all of your baby’s attributes, special needs, specific needs or circumstances, and in some cases may not be suitable for your baby. Complimentary 15 minute calls are offered to determine suitability prior to purchase. –
Any behaviour towards the business owner that is deemed inappropriate or disrespectful will result in immediate cancellation of services with no warning or refund.
Refunds
Due to the nature of this service, refunds are not applicable on any consultations or downloadable products.
There is no refund available on digital product downloads. If you have any issues arise upon purchase of a digital download, please email hello@supportivesleep.com.au and this will be rectified for you.

Gifts
Services and products can be purchased as a gift for another party. If this is the case, please notify Supportive Sleep via email hello@supportivesleep.com.au and this will be actioned.
Gift Cards are available for purchase by request at hello@supportivesleep.com.au
