6-9 Week Routine


Use this guide for your 6-9 week old to help:
– establish a daytime routine,
– help overnight sleep naturally,
– establish a feeding rhythm.

Feed and sleep routines for the 6 – 9 week age group including suggested feed, sleep and awake times throughout the day. Establish a healthy age appropriate routine from the newborn days to promote more consolidated day and night sleep.  No routine is included from birth to 6 weeks as it’s important to focus on establising feeding, bonding with baby and resting during this time. This ebook includes routines for 6 – 9 weeks.
